- 2 EC Stack (24mg/200mg) (1 with meals 1 & 2)

Feeling/Notes/Misc

- Am going out tomorrow night, will keep my alcohol intake to Vodka and Soda Water (with the occasional shot of hard liquor I’m sure) to limit calories. I’m anticipating another late night ‘cheat meal’, will try to keep it to something like a whole wheat pita with veggies and cheese again, as opposed to McDonalds. Then I’ll be good until Thanksgiving this weekend.
- Weigh in tomorrow morning! I’ve been feeling slightly leaner but am not sure if that really is anything more than psychological. Fingers crossed, let’s go 215!

How ya doing? I’m having my Glad to be Alive 39th Bday Party this Saturday, Oct 10th @ 7PM. I would you for you to come! I survived my surgery and I’m extremely happy and grateful to be alive! I want to surround myself with all my friends and family. If your still dating your lovely lady friend, please bring her too! It’s a pot luck so bring something delicious and healthy to share, by the looks of blog your on the right path! Lol! Good for you! I’ll have to follow your healthy recipes.

As for healthy recipes….plain chicken breast and spinach…..and protein powder….don’t think I’m gonna get my own cooking show.
